  • Air Conditioning

    When changing settings, please wait 2 minuites before further adjustments are made. It can take a few minuites for the air conditioning unit to function correctly. 

  • Blankets / Pillows / Towels

    Spare blankets and pillows are on the top shelf of your wardrobe, if you require any additional blankets or pillows, please contact reception and they will be provided to you. If you require spare towels for the pool, please also contact reception. 

  • Broken or damaged equipment

    If you encounter any faulty equipment during your stay, we would appreciate you advising Reception. This will allow us to rectify the problem promptly thereby avoiding disappointing other guests. If for some reason you are dissatisfied about the equipment or service at the Motel, please do not hesitate to inform us. this feedback allows us to constantly improve our motel and its service.

  • Check in / Check Out

    Check in time is from 12.30pm. Check out time is 9am on the day of departure. Should you wish to stay a little longer, please contact reception the day before departure and we may be able to assist you.


  • Pets

    We are NOT a pet friendly motel. Pets are not permitted in the room under any circumstances. A pet fee of $300 will be applied if pets are found to be in the room.

  • Housekeeping

    We will service your room every second day, Except Weekends and public holidays or if you have booked a no daily service rate. 

    If you require fresh towels, please place dirty towels on floor. Amenities are not topped up. 

    For long stays, we will complete a linen change every 7 days. 

    Garbage 

    Please empty internal bins each day to wheelie bins located on the roadways.


    Place Recyclable drink containers in designated bins. 


     Ensure dishes are washed and not let in sink. 

     

    Large items to be placed in Skip bins in Gravel Bay near reception. 

  • Pool / BBQ Area

    The swimming pool is open from 7am to 8pm. It is the responsibility of parents of accompaning adults to  supervsise children whilst in the pool. Rowdy and noisy behaviour is not permitted. No glass in the pool area. 


    The BBQ area is located next to the pool and laundry. The BBQ is electric. No bookings are required and is required to be cleaned after use. 

  • Parking / Vehicles

    Please nose park into your villa. 

    Reversing of trailers is not permitted. 


    Do not park or drive on any grassed areas. 


    Additional parking is available behind reception, Near room 25 and near room 39-42


    Speed Limit 10km


    Please keep vehicles within allotted space. 

    Charging of Electric vehicles is only permitted in EV charging station. 


    No running of power cables from rooms to vehicles. 


    Large Vehicles to be parked in gravel bay near reception 


    No Trailers in Studio Rooms (Rooms 19-24)

  • Other General Conditions of Stay

    Behaviour 

    Please contribute to others quiet enjoyment of the motel by restricting noise from Radios / TVs / Car Engines, Ect.   

    Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited within the rooms and motel grounds

     No smoking within rooms and Guest Laundry. Smoking is permitted on Patio areas. 


     Please switch off Lights, power and Air Conditioning when not in the room.


    Visitors 

    Visitors are welcomed while you are present, and their behaviour is your responsibility. 

     All persons within room must be registered with Reception. 


     Visitors must park in bays located behind reception, Near room 25 or near room 41.
