Pets Policy

Please find below our guidelines for our canine friends. We appreciate your cooperation in order to respect the comfort and sensitivities of all guests. Accordingly, we request the following:

• Dogs only permitted at motel. No other animals permitted (Except assistance animals)
• $100.00 Security bond required.
• Dogs only permitted in our KING VILLA or Standard TWO BEDROOM VILLA
• Please do not leave your Dog unattended in your room at any time.
• Dogs are not permitted in Pool / BBQ areas.
• All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside your room and while on motel grounds.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs within the motel grounds and surrounding areas.
• Room must be swept on departure. Brooms and dust pans provided.
• Any disturbances must be promptly managed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. Management reserves the right to require the immediate removal of any dog displaying inappropriate behavior.
• A pet fee of $25.00 per night applies. Pet owners/guardians will be responsible for any additional deep-cleaning costs, repairs, or replacement of damaged items.
• Please ensure you “scoop and bin” all pet waste within the motel grounds.
• A maximum of two dogs per room is permitted.
• Please be respectful of other guests. Not all guests are comfortable around pets, so ensure your pet remains under control and does not approach others without invitation.
• Food and water bowls must be placed on a suitable mat to protect flooring.
• In adverse weather conditions, please ensure dogs are cleaned and dried before entering the hotel.
• Any damage caused will incur a minimum charge of $100.
• Dogs are only permitted in the areas marked on the map, including off leash area.

Does your dog need a freshen up? We have an onsite professional dog groomer with Same day bog bathing. *Based on availability* Please enquire at reception.
